Ii was wondering if there are any books which can tell you how to...

-Decipher Codes (breaking them)

-Creating Codes

-the different types of codes that you can use and how you would use them

"The  Code-Breakers" by David Kahn is a good book and the website in my sources looks interesting. Both of these have a mixture of information on code-breaking techniques and some history.
