  1. I don't think there is any difference between the three words klassno, zdorovo, and kruto. They all mean "cool."

There is really no standard way for writing Russian words in latin letters.. people just write the way they sound..

  2. You are correct: it means cool, and all three ways of writing it are used, though KLASSNO with an "o" is the correct transliteration of it, as this word is spelled with an "o" in Russian.

The difference between здорово, круто and классно is very slight, and essentially all three words mean "cool" in Russian slang. The biggest difference is that круто and классно can be made into adjectives, i.e. "klassnaya mashina" (cool car) or "krutoi mobil'nik" (cool cell phone), while здорово is used as an adverb only, and usually to answer a question posed with a word "Kak" (How?), i.e. "Kak bylo v klube?" - "Zdorovo!" (How was it in the club? - Cool/Nice!). Additionally, здорово is a rather "old slang". I almost never hear young people using it.
