  10. exists between France and England...its a vary fast train, i believe it is the TGV but I'm not entirely sure.

    unless you mean the ttrains that run through tunnels under the water, and the train is actually dry. Not exactly "underwater" trains but sorta.

    excluding of course...tunnel trains ..which we already have some underwater (going thru tunnels that are underground underwater.
