Underwaters help??

i have been swimming for 7 years. i am good but my coach wants to add more underwaters into my practice and i am unable to make more than one.they are usaully on 40 seconds i can make the first one but not the rest help!!!!!

you must force urself to do it!!

when u dien have trainnig u must go to the pool to train to underwater!!

i hope  u can do it!!
