Question:

Undue Influence???? Dentist??? New York State Education Department???

I recently searched a dentist's record/review online (unpaid service) to see what others had to say about this individual. Needless to say, this individual has a complaint filed against him (during the years of 1999 and 2002 with a $5,000 total fine/fees). One of the complaints filed states "respondent/licensee admitted to charge of exercising undue influence over patients". Could anyone tell me what they think this statement means? I tried researching the database for a proper definition of the filed complaint but could not find anything. Your opinions/ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Fellow Yahoo'ers!

  1. It could mean that a patient did not pay up and the dr then may have asked for the money but not in polite manner. You may get more help by posting in the legal section
