Question:

Unemployment, company changed reason for my termination without my knowing

I live in the state of Oregon. As I learn more details, I of course have more questions. Is there a guideline for FT and PT? I was scheduled 31 hours a week, is that PT? I am trying to figure if they should have basing my production off of FT or PT hours as it will help to prove if there claim is false. Also, I just received copies of the termination paper I signed. After I signed the termination paper for performance they marked "No" where it says is this a termination notice. THEN they made a second report on the same type of form that DOES NOT have my signature and changed why they were terminating me and marked "performance, attendance, and attitude" and marked yes that it was a termination, so i have 2 documents from the same day saying 2 different things. This is such a shocker, they are totally making false claims to deny me unemployment. I was written up ONCE as a VERBAL clear back in I think February or so maybe march, I had been out sick caring for myself and my son and had missed 3 days, but not exceed 3 days. They wrote me up for it. That is the only write up in my file. they are claiming on the term paper that I had received written AND verbal warnings for all 3 things mentioned above which is UNTRUE. Do you think I have a shot at this, I am looking for work but its hard in my area right now. So really, I have nothing to lose by taking this all the way. They already in a way tried to discourage me from going through the process, i was told that I might as well look for work because this is a lengthy appeal process, and I can appeal their denial, have an investigation done, if after the investigation they grant my unemployment they will appeal that decision and attempt to make me pay back anything I received. Any suggestions, message of hope? ANYTHING?!?!
