Unemployment Benefit help...?

Question

My last employer put the wrong ID number on my W-2's. They fired me without giving me reasons or writing me up, so I am applying for unemployment benefits. I applied, and I got it. Then a week later, everything was redetermined, and I didn't get it. Come to find out, that ID number was for another company in MI that I didn't even work for. What do I do now??

Your recent employer MUST provide teh right ID.
