Unemployment claim forum state of California?

My wife field out an unemployment claim fourm to receive here first check they sent the claim back stating that she filed it out incomplete we answer every question and wrote everything down does anybody in C.A no what the problem is?

No way to know without looking at the form.  Take what you have to the local unemployment office and ask a person there to review it and tell you what is wrong.
