i am a texas residence. i am an otr company driver for a minnesota company. what state do i file with.

  1. Since Texas is your place of residence you would need to file your claim with them.  The program you most likely would be looking in to would be called COBRA, depending on when unemployment started.


  2. You file where you live and pay taxes.  Doesn't matter where the employer is headquartered.

  4. You should file with-in your own state.
