Question:

Uneven curves on my sides?

My right side goes in way more than my left side. Is this normal? will i grow out of it? can i fix it? i dont like it! im 15 and its noticable if i wear tight shirts or bathing suit.

  1. OH MY GOSH..i have the same thing..im also 15..but i have it becasue i have scoliosis, and my spine is curved which affects the rest of my body..haha..its not a bg deal tho..people dont notice it until you point it out..

    but maybe you should go to a doctor or a chiropractor and have them check out your backk

Im no girl.. but I am an athlete and I would just recommend maybe working out a little. especially something to work out obliques would help tone muscles and (possibly, I really can't exactly guarantee results) help sort things out. lol, though in any case everyone should work out even a little.

    From a guy's perspective, I can tell you that we really don't notice tiny imperfections in girls. Girls always put such a huge emphasis on tiny specifics, when we really do see girls as a whole. You know that tv cliche where the guy doesnt notice the girl's new haircut? that really does happen. :]

    don't sweat the small stuff.  

  3. Well your maturing and growing into a young lady so its normal for your body to have akward stages at this age. You probably notice it a lot more then the people around you do because as girls we are very critical of ourselves and we notice every little tiny flaw and make a big deal out of it, especially at your age. Don't stress on it to much, you'll definately grow out of it through the years, but if you really can't stand it then try doing stomach excersises. Such as crunches. If your only trying to slim down your left side for it to match your right then try this:

    Lay down on your back with your feet on the floor with your knees bent (the position you would be in if you were gunna do crunches). Have your left arm straight out to the left about a foot off the ground and your right arm supporting the back of your head.  Once your in this position lift your body towards the left and come down. Repeat that up and down motion but make sure not to touch the ground all the way on the down.

    You'll be doing an excersise especially made to tone down the left side of your stomach. But to get results you can't just do it once and expect something. If you REALLY wana get fast results, try doing 30 of them every hour through out the day. If you see that your left side is becoming slimer than your right then try doing it in reverse to work your right side. No matter what be healthy and love your body! Good luck!=)

  5. omg I was noticing this about myself just yesterday! I'm 15 too and I have slight back problems so my spine is a little funny, maybe thats why. I'm pretty sure its normal and it will even out over time. You could also have a doctor check it just to be sure. Good luck!

    but nodoby is perfectly symmetrical.

    so don't worry.

    but it really might be caused by scholiosis.
