Same problem here.  I've tried upgrading to the new version, then restoring, rebooting, nothing works.  I suspect it's a registry key, when I was installing the new version, it gave me error 1404 at a registry key.

Again..Yes that is what I got when trying to log into Music Juckebox and Lauchcast radio  "An unexpected error occured logging in  Try again..A lot of good that did..and no answer yet from my e-mail Help letter
