What do i do if i feel that the visa denial was not fair at all? i have excellent travel record,(no overstays), strong family ties..considering that i have a 4 year old daughter who will be waiting for my return, i have a guarantor, im a student in my 4th year to earning a degree and it was stated in the letter from my school that i have to take my final exams at the end of the semester, which would be october, i dont have to work because my partner is taking care of everything until i finish studying which gives me no reason to go seeking for a job and a hard life somewhere else.. then i get my visa application denied.. and ofcourse we all dont know why.

  1. You didn't ask them why they denied your application.

    MOMO, HDAZDEG

    It took 8weeks for my sister to get visa for Germany. lol

  2. You're Filipino. They have bad reputations for marrying for citizenship and taking off with everything they can get once they have. You're a risk because you're not married. It would be easy for you to leave your kid and apply for a transfer to a German uni.

    Hey to the person below it's probably people like your sister that force others to tighten the rules.

  3. Why doont you ask why they denied the visa to you?

    And also you have to show that you have money

    what  is your nationality:?

    for 3 weeks you dont need visa for germany!!!!

    it may be something there...............

  4. Desperate times in too many corners of the world, and too many desperate people.  1st World governments are attempting to stem the flow of opportunists into their countries.  Sadly, many innocent people are deprived in the process.  Don't hate the system, hate the people who attempt to manipulate and cheat the system.

  5. Were you denied just a Schengen Visa (allows you to travel to all of the E.U. Countries) or denied a visa to Germany also?

    The Philippines is one of the most difficult countries to acquire a tourist visa to any western country. It is because, historically, Filipinos have had a bad track record of over staying their visas and becoming illegal immigrants. Unlike common U.S. Law ( you are innocent until proven guilty) with the granting of tourist visas, you are considered guilty until proven innocent; which means that you must provide overwhelming evidence that you are highly likely to not over stay and return to your country of origin.

    Perhaps in your case, you did not provide enough evidence, i.e. deeds of ownership in property or a big enough bank balance. These are very high indicators of your likelihood to return.

    If you were granted a German visa but not a Schengen Visa also, it is probably because Germany doesn't want to take the risk that you might become an illegal immigrant in another E.U. country and take the blame or you simply did not satisfy the more stringent requirements for a Schengen Visa, but they are willing to allow you to visit Germany.

    If you were denied both visas, that is not unusual. It is estimated that 80% of all Filipino tourist visa requests to the west are declined. They failed to provide sufficient evidence that they will return.

    I lived in The Philippines for 4 years. I love your country and most of the people, but would guesstimate that more than one third of your population would immigrate to the west (legally or illegally) if given the chance.

  6. i remember answering you on another question of yours;

    i did mentioned to you that Germany was hard on visas requests,

    there is nothing you can do now, and the gov.of Germany, does not have to give an answer on their refusal of the visa;

    perhaps you represented a likely candidate to overstay in their eyes? i do not know the answer to this request?

    i realize you furnished all the documentation required and showing that you would return home after your visa would expire,

    the gov. has decided not to give you a visa.

    you will never know why ?

    one must realize that even with all the documentations furnished, people still do not obey the visas time and never go back to their home land.
