Unfinished Chess recaps?

i'm looking at chess recaps online, the link above being one such example, and i always find it weird how it declares the winner without bothering to finish the recap.

Why do they do that? If so, is there any way you could interpret what the ending is to all of these games?

I don't know if I fully understand the question, but the game ends because somebody forfeited, or they agreed to a draw. A decent place for discussion is chessgames.com It has a huge chess database and you can chat with others about the games.
