Unforgiven world heavyweight championship ?

One ring, five men, 20 minutes. It’s all sure to add up to one of the most unpredictable matches in WWE history.

Raw General Manager announced a “Championship Scramble” Match for Unforgiven. In what promises to be a thrilling World Heavyweight Title bout, reigning champion CM Punk and four former World Champions – Kane, JBL, Batista and John Cena – will battle in the ring at the same time for 20 minutes.

The championship can change hands several times throughout the 20 minute time frame. Whoever the champion is when the clock stops will officially be recognized as the World Heavyweight Champion.

I think this might be the WWE about to reward John Cena with another title reign and a new spinner belt there's been a rumor going around that the WWE might make the WHC belt into a spinner belt, So I could imagine Cena winning

I really think that JBL is supposed to win the title this year as per the agreement for his return to wrestling, I thought it was going to happen at SummerSlam, but maybe it will happen at Unforgiven
