Unfortunately I stayed longer than I was supposed to be in America,?

and I adopted a dog here, but now I want to go back to germany.

Can I bring the adopted dog with me, and am I gonna have problems at

the airport, 1. because i stayed longer that 3 months, 2. i want to bring the dog with me to germany???

Have a freind who is legallay in the usa ship the dog over to germany ( i know they will do this, because they take german dogs to the usa for police and handicaps)

You should be able to take the dog. You will need current vaccine records. Your vet should be able to get you some info, the airport you will be flying from. As for question #1, hopefully you have a work ref. and/ or grade records from college. Call immigration and explain situation, they may be able to help with question #2 also.
