Question:

Unhealthy? or will i lose weight?

my current weight is 125 pounds. this was my diet for the day:

B- banana & a small slice of carrot cake

L- an apple

S- Half an orange

D- Half an orange

Fluids- Water

Exercise- i burnt off 410 cals on treadmill

  2. ull lose weight yea when  u start eating normal again i bet u gain weight in the long run..u cant eat like that forever and live its not possible

    how about

    B-banana 8oz Fat free yogurt and 1 glass of OJ

    L-A 3oz turkey sandwich w/ an apple and 1 glass of milk

    S- an orange and a handful of nuts

    D-4-5oz chicken breast w/ 2cups of steamed veges

    fluids-water and take a multivitimin that is what u wanna do ur diet isnt gonna work trust me

  3. I think you're doing wonderfully. Its healthy. The only thing I would change is the cake at breakfast. I would have peanut butter with the banana, because it will give you the protein and healthy fats that fruit and vegetable don't provide. Other than that, its great.

  5. That's a horrible diet. It's not enough calories to run your body, unless that's the unhealthiest carrot cake ever, and it's all fruit.

    I have no clue how tall you are, but if you think you're attractive at that weight, why do you want to lose any?

    Keep in mind that you need to take in at least 1200 calories per day just to make your organs function properly. Any less than that long term, and your body will start to eat your muscles, your hair and nails, really whatever, in order to survive. Even 1200 is an extreme and highly restrictive diet. 1500 calories per day for a woman with a normal activity level is a healthy diet amount. Since you probably don't actually need to lose any weight, you should probably take in more like 2000 calories per day, and exercise to keep in shape.

    Beyond your lack of calories is the issue of it all being fruit. You're not getting enough of most of your vitamins, and you're getting almost NO protein or iron, which you need to live. You're going to make yourself anemic.
