How do you dob in a dirty restaurants?

This certain chinese restaurant reuses cooked food e.g. food left over from the buffet is washed then used again the next day. This is VERY dangerous

First of all what you have to do is be positive and have some kind of proof that this Chinese restrauant  is doing what you say it is doing , , in this case you are stateing . That the cooked food left over from a buffet is been washed and then been reused , If this is the case then have you seen this for yourself, or have you you got this from a second hand person. , this is why you must have proof that this restraunt is doing what you sayit is doing , Now if youhave the proof that this restraunt is doing as you say it is , THEN for health and safety resons you must report it .  to your local council . This way they will take the approieate steps.
