  1. Yes, any Bachelor degree will be 4 years.

  2. Might be worth you looking at London Teacher Training College degree courses. They are distance learning, and you can study as many hours as you wish, and as such finish in a much quicker than 4 years. I think you would need to have a Diploma in TESOL in order to do their BA. I completed the Diploma in about 5 months, but did not go on to do the BA.

  3. Ah, Chapstik, I see you "did" ask this question in the proper forum....good for you.  OK, for KOREA, you do need a uni degree, HOWEVER, if you teach in a private setting and even with some English Language Institutes, then you can teach provided you fully understand and pronounce English the way it was meant to be.  That can either be with a US, British, Canadian, or Australian accent.  I have met some Filipinos whose accent is hard to understand teach English here in Korea.  If you have a thick accent from somewhere else, you may find it difficult to get accepted, especially without a uni degree.  A degree typically takes four years to complete.  If you want the higher paying jobs, or teach for a business such as Samsung, LG, etc., or, teach at an accredited school, then you need the degree.  Best of luck to you.
