Uniform Question - how?

Question

Can Uniform be wornm in-correctly would you say, like at School - say with Tie worn wrong way (say on thin side) or Trainers worn or Polo Shirt instead of a Shirt or Tacksuit Bottoms not School Trousers?

ill say it up to the school it the school rules  the school uniform  my children have to wear is the proper uniform or the parents will get pulled buy the head teacher. I hope this help because iam not to sure what ur asking sorry
