  1. try rebooting in safemode with networking

  2. First command prompt is dos.

You will have to go into command prompt type if not there c: windows change directory by typing cd windows enter then type dir/p P stands for pause, when you find dir then you will have to remove all the items in that directory then you can remove that directory.

I would suggest you find a simple version of dos commands

Try starting normal and remove threw add and remove programs.

If this does not work you will have to go in threw dos to this program and remove.

The other option you have is to use restore prior to down loading this program.

I have a question why down load in safe mode what do you gain.

  3. 1.run "regedit"

    2.Find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\W... then delete that.

    3.Find "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\32... then delete that.

Then to remove Alcohol driver you need to start Regedit then go to HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControl... here you should find the Keys for the Alcohol Driver in version 1.9.2.1705, 1.9.5.2722 or 1.9.5.2802 a347scsi and a347bus, or in version 1.9.5.3105 vax347s and vax347b, delete these Keys and remove corresponding files from Windows\System32\Drivers folder.

    Re-boot your PC
