  1. If you never installed it then it's most likely NOT on your computer unless you inadvertently downloaded it from some con.

If a small window opens telling you you have spyware ot a virus or a trojan installed then do 2 things.

1 Stop using Internet explorer and switch to firefox

    2 install a pop-up blocker.

    Here's a nice one: http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fi...

This will stop all those little windows popping up and lying to you.

  2. As it is likely an integral part of your OS, you can either switch it off, or search for a removal tool.

  3. That would be a Trojan Horse virus. Download and run Super AntiSpyware in Windows Safe Mode. Then redo the run, until there is nothing left to remove. This one's a nasty one!

  4. go on computer then there should be uninstall or change a program on the top of the pop up then look for it and it should be in abc order so hope this helps.

  5. Download this Revo Uninstaller here http://www.revouninstaller.com/

Revo Uninstaller helps you to uninstall and remove unwanted programs installed on your computer even if you have problems uninstalling and cannot uninstall them from "Windows Add or Remove Programs" control panel applet.

Revo Uninstaller is a much faster and more powerful alternative to "Windows Add or Remove Programs" applet!

With its advanced and fast algorithm, Revo Uninstaller analyzes an application's data before uninstall and scans after you uninstall an application. After the program's regular uninstaller runs, you can remove additional unnecessary files, folders and registry keys that are usually left over on your computer. Even if you have a broken installation, Revo Uninstaller scans for an application's data on your hard disk drives and in the Windows registry and shows all found files, folders and registry keys so you can delete them.

With its unique "Hunter mode", Revo Uninstaller offers you some simple, easy to use, but effective and powerful approaches to manage (uninstall, stop, delete, disable from auto starting) and to get information about your installed and/or running programs.

  6. Its a Mailware Virus.  Go to this site and it will help you fix it.

  7. Firstly, antivirus programs will NOT remove these as they are malicious codecs, although they may find reference to them and remove it but upon rebooting it's back again. Vista Antivirus is a rogue / fake program.

If your desktop has changed or icons are missing also use:
