  1. Usually you don't "uninstall" operating systems. You reformat the harddrive and install a different one.

If you are dualbooting (linux and windows, for example) and you want to get rid of ubuntu then resize your windows partition try this...

  2. Good Luck.....i tried for hours to uninstall and had no luck. The best option would be to clear the hard drive and then reinstall the new OS. You can get a good HD clearer here at http://www.dban.org/download   Just burn the image to a disk and boot from CD-ROM and clear it. Any questions ask me at Baseballplyer40@yahoo.com

  3. You Can't Do that. just Format the partition where you've installed the Ubuntu. You May use Windows XP or Vista bootable CD or other third party Software.

    Backup your data First.

    Good Luck.

  4. Hi, it depends on how u installed that horrible linux distro.

If installed with wubi then just remove with in add/remove programs in windows control panel.

If u have done a proper installation then u will need to delete the ubuntu partitions, u can do that with your windows installation disc if u like, just boot it in and enter setup and delete the ubuntu partitions and create new ones.

Then exit setup and boot into windows and format the new partition, this can be done without downloading anything.

Next u have to remove the boot loader so that has to be repaired with the windows installation disc.

    Good Luck!
