Union Pacific Railroad, when does your Health insurance kick in?

I got invited to a hiring session in Chicago. My question simply is when does Health Ins. start? I have a pregnant wife, and I want to make sure she is covered. Is it 30 days, after probation? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it is 90 days from the day you start.  I started at the end of March 04 and my coverage began July 1st of the same year.  Ask any union person, or go to utu.org to find out more info.
