Why do union workers have so many issues w/ non Union workers? I mean I work diligently, do quality work etc... and am tired of the influence of the union when it comes to strikes because someone gets mad and starts some c**p over their rights. We all have the right to work. Yes maybe it's because of the job security, well I don't get laid off because of the weather I don't have to strike because of unfairities and the owners of the building I work on which is 21 stories don't have to worry about getting the job done w/ your rules if one thing goes wrong it shuts down until what ever issue is resolved like we're not making enough money that in my opinion is because you are getting laid off all the time of course I'd want more money also if I had the lay off issue to worry about. why don't you all get off of your buts get nonunion jobs and stop striking my job site. and just work and be happy making money instead of dealing w/ all the other nonsense the union decides your life upon
