Union question can it be held against me if I strike ?

I am with unison and they have called a strike over our 2 percent pay deal.My colleuges and myself have agreed to strike.The head has now told us that if we go ahead it will be noted on our personnel record.

  3. the fact that you are striking will need to be documented.  You will not receive pay on the days you strike

  4. It is illegal for employers to discriminate against TU members. Whether or not they choose strikers first for redundancy, or 'deselection' is another matter.
