I'm looking to name a few new characters, and I want something unique and beautiful, perhaps slightly old-fashioned... mythological roots would be nice, I guess, and a blend of two names would work, also.

I've received a lot of compliments on my name (Aureen) throughout my life. My mom found it in a book with Gaelic roots, and in that story it was the name of the queen of the fairies. From my internet searches I know there are other Aureens out there, but I have yet to meet one.

If I ever have a daughter I will likely name her Belén, which I think is a beautiful name. It's Spanish for "Bethlehem"; I think it rolls nicely off the tongue.
