Unique 21st birthday party ideas?

My 21st birthday will land on a Sunday. I would like to have a birthday party on the Saturday before. I'm looking for unique party ideas/themes I can use & that will help make it memorable

J-pop party: play DDR, jpop music, BRIGHT colors, california sushi rolls, etc.

Marie Antoinette party: Gambling (poker), champagne glasses, extravagant cake, etc. Watch the movie or just look up "marie antoinette birthday scene" on youtube.

Assuming that you're the drinking type, have a "bar stocking" party and get everyone to bring a liquor or mixer to the party, and then get one of your "in-the-know" friends to serve as bartender and make drinks for everyone.

Why not have a remember when theme? Play music from your favorite bands when you were younger and dress as your favorite T.V. stars. Maybe hold a contest to see who's best dressed?
