Unique Macon/Atlanta Area Restaurants?

I'm visiting my sister in Forsyth, GA - we want to go out to eat (about 10 of us) tonight at somewhere that's NOT a chain, and not expensive - but good.

Any suggestions in the Macon/Atlanta area?

  1. I think ya'll would enjoy J.L.'s Barbeque, thats where me and my family ate last night, in fact we get together there all the time. The BBQ is awesome but they have other great things too. It's right off I475 on Eisenhower Parkway, not that far from you at all.
