Unique myspace interest table?

Question

so on this girl's profile her interest table is unique.

like its still the original myspace interest table except at the top she has her own title

and the general./music.t.v. etc titles are gone. i tried to hide those titles but it left those navy blue small boxes on the left side where the title should be. on hers it just looked like she had a whole bunch of information centered.please help me.
