Unis=warm-ups or unis=leos .....unis or leos?

Ok do unitards warm you up or are they like leos?And what is better:a leo or a unitard?

Unitards are just like leotards except they have sleeves and/or legs.  They are usually made of that same lycra/spandex material leotards are made from.  Uni's do keep you a tad warmer, but not the same way a warm up outfit would.  Uni's zip up in the back/side while leotards usually pull up without zippers.  Basically the unitard is the leotard without having to mess w/ tights, shorts, pants, warm ups, etc.  It's a whole dance outfit in one!

I prefer leotards just because they are functional, breezy and versatile.  Unitards are nice and I own a few, but I do love my leotards.  It's really just your personal preference.
