Question:

Unit not responding after pressing reset button

Only info that appears on the screen is the word MAGELLAN and a black solid line at the bottom .
Tried several times with resetting but to no avail.
This problem followed after trying to update the present software to ver 2.36.
Thanks in advance for any help.Ed
