Unit will start, run about 5 seconds and

Question

After 1 year of storage of two units of 55,000 BTU Kerosene/Diesel heaters, during attempts to start units, they start, run about 5 seconds and die. Everytime I repeat the starting process, they do the same thing. I also need to know if I could get a service and parts manual. These units were 1 yr old when the problem began. The units are now 2 yrs old.
