Unit won't start

Question

Our central heat unit was working but then just stop working. The unit won't start at all. We have checked the circuit breaker and made sure that the bottom panel was properly installed. We have had problems with the burners coming on and turning off repeatedly before and replaced the circuit board but this time the unit won't come on at all. What should we check.
