United Airline Emergency Row Seats? What are the row numbers?

I am taking an international flight from San Franscisco to Beijing, and I really would like to know what rows are the emergency seat rows for the planes that fly internationally. I am a tall person and really need the leg room!

The plane will be a Boeing 747-400 - the exit rows are rows 35 and 46.

If you are flying a 777 the best row for you would be any seat in row 17, it is a bulkhead seat and therefore has more leg room. If you are flying a 747 row 45 has the most leg room
