United Health Care vs Aetna

which insurance company is better?

i always liked united.  they always paid my bills, which i have alot of.  company quit carrying and they said to go to aetna.  now i have to contact social worker all the time about unpaid bills.

~~ We have United Health Care and they have been awesome. I use to work in insurance billing and I felt sorry for so many people who had Aetna because of denied claims. I don't know if they have changed or not.I highly recommend their dental insurance, but going by the past, not their medical insurance. United I can vouch for!

as a biller they are equal.  as a subscriber, i find unh to be better.
