I believe that the UN is a failure because the results from UN has hardly gave any country piece for instance, Iraq and morroco. Is there other ideas why the UN is a failure?

  1. the un is subversive to the American people

  2. Let me tell you the facts about the United Nations, which the media and our government desire to keep silent about - and to keep us on the path to the end of America as we know it.

Less than 20 years after the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was founded, World War II had arrived and once that war was over, America was ready to join "the League of Nations."

The United Nations' 18 acres of prime Manhattan land was donated by the Rockefeller family (the CFR's chairman is David Rockefeller).

America sat down in San Francisco with Alger Hiss (an alleged Soviet Spy) and joined the United Nations, the successor to the League of Nations - Alger Hiss, a charter member of the CFR; Alger Hiss, whose sympathy with communism can no longer be denied.

The U.N. Charter and constitution is a thin paraphrasing of the Soviet model which Alger Hiss borrowed from when he coauthored it. The U.N. constitution is therefore a Marxist socialist paradigm.

World regionalism is spelled out clearly in the U.N. Charter, Chapters 8 through 11, using such terms as "regional arrangements, intergovernmental agreements, and metropolital areas." Advocates of one-world socialism have already divided the world into 85 regions for policing purposes. In adopting the U.N. Charter, Congress has established the Charter as the Supreme Law of the land (Fugi v. State of California, 1950-52).

By Executive Order No. 11647 on Feb. 10, 1972, President Nixon announced the United States was divided into 10 Federal Regional Councils, each controlled by an appointed bureaucrat for the stated purpose of improving coordination of the activities of all levels of government.

The 10 federal regions were to be empowered to control all forms of regionalism within the U.S.. Regional divisions supplementing the 10 federal regions include state subregions, federal reserve regions, population regions, and regions to control the land, water and natural resources of America.

The goal of regional or metropolitan government is to eventually merge the U.S. into the "New World Order" - a one world socialist state under the United Nations.

Regional government is a plan to eventually control all facets of our lives. Executive Order 11490 assigns numerous emergency preparedness functions to federal departments.

Financing of regional governments is acquired through Federal Revenue sharing. Revenue sharing is a mechanism whereby the state and local governments become financially dependent upon the federal government. Pressure can then be applied to any level of state government that refuses to comply with the dictates of the regional government rulers. All but 1 of the 10 federal regional capitals is either a Federal Reserve Bank or branch bank city.

The United Nations is trying their best to figure out a way to get some giant global tax instituted. As Senator Inhofe said on the Glenn Beck program 'almost every bad thing that happens in America comes from the UN'.

That is what the Law of the Sea Treaty (L.O.S.T.) would be---BAD. According to Inhofe, the Law of The Sea Treaty would seek to set up a governing body, and the International Seabed Authority would give them the power to levy a global tax over 70% of global sea/land. This is what the UN wants for the AMERICAN people more TAX under the guise of GLOBAL tax, and GLOBAL government! It's what the voters want, too - IF their candidate backs the CFR, then they back the UN. The UN was created by corrupt money, and the CFR is backed by the Rockefeller's. Hillary Clinton (CFR member, Trilateral member, and Bilderberg member) wants Bill Clinton (CFR member) to become an ambassador to the UN - another family tie from the Rothschild's can see this move to go for the elite and against the AMERICAN person.

It tries to undermine the Constitution of the USA and would love to cripple our Constitutional Republic. In over 60 years no major politician has ever tried to get the USA out of the UN, with the current exception of Congressman Ron Paul.

16 out of 17 of the AMERICANS that were involved in creating the U . N. were later identified, in sworn testimony, as secret communist agents.

The first Secretary General was the AMERICAN Alger Hiss. Alger Hiss served time in prison pursuant to his alleged involvement in a Communist spy ring.

Many of the other AMERICANS that were involved in creating the U . N. fled the country, to avoid prosecution.

The ONE AMERICAN, that was involved in creating the U . N. ; and was NOT later identified, in sworn testimony, as a secret communist agent, was Dean Acheson. Dean Acheson’s law firm was the legal representative of the Soviet Union, in U. S. courts.

If the AMERICANS that were involved in creating the U . N. were Communists, what do you think we got from the rest of the world?

Some members of the League of Nations which was implemented to stop wars were the ones who started wars to dominate their fellow members.

Following are just some of the policies of the United Nations:

        * Control of all zoning matters in the United States and the control of our national parks, rivers and historical sites. (Google United Nations + Agenda 21.)

        * Control over whether women are allowed to have babies.

        * Control over the economic and judicial policies of all nations.

        * Programs are being processed to create a tax on citizens of the United States as a permanent method of U.N. funding.

        * The U.N. has its own Army and United States soldiers must swear allegiance to this foreign government. Remember Michael New.

This is the "New World of the One World Government" that Strobe Talbot and Bill Clinton promoted. This is a "government" that allows as members terrorist states, ethnic cleansers like China (remember Tibet) and nations that allow slavery (Sudan) as members.

The United Nations destroyed two free nations (Rhodesia and South Africa), two nations which were not politically correct, and so, were forced to their knees.

The UN spread vicious lies about Rhosesia and crippled the nation economically, finally turning it over to avowed Communists led by black radical Robert Mugabe - who promptly renamed it Zimbabwe.

In the Republic of South Africa its capital, Johannesburg, now ruled by the inept and corrupt Nelson Mandela is looking less like the "London of Africa" and a lot more like the Ayatollah Khoemeini's Teheran, Iran. Today Johannesburg is the most dangerous city in the world with one of the highest murder rates. In his so-called book, "Long Walk to Freedom," Mandela says that he “signed off” with this act of terrorism. People should take a look at what Mandela “signed off” with while he was in prison – convicted for other acts of terrorism!

President P.W. Botha told Mandela way back in 1985, that he could be a free man as long as he did one thing: Publicly renounce violence. Mandela refused. That is why Mandela remained in prison until the appeaser F.W. de Klerk freed him unconditionally. The bottom line is that Nelson Mandela never publicly renounced violence - and we should never forget that.

The U.N. human rights committee removed voice and representation from Sudanese who have been defending themselves against their own Government. Khartoum is carrying out a civil and religious war aimed largely at Sudanese Christians and followers of native African religions.

We are in the midst of a propaganda campaign desired to scare us and encourage us to see things the way The Order sees them. Since another great depression and financial crisis is almost certain, the nations should move now to organize themselves into a One World Economic Order to insure that even though such a calamity may occur, there will be "a reconstitution of a meaningful international monetary system."

As many of you know the efforts to get America out of communist controlled United Nothing [Nations] has been steadily escalating. One thing I can tell you as sure as I can spell my name: Our duly sworn to uphold the oath pundits in Congress will never take any initiative let alone the Constitutional high road to return and restore our Republic to a full its sovereign nation, unless their name is Ron Paul or perhaps Dennis Kucinich.

If Hillary Clinton wins the US presidency, Bill Clinton will be given the job of repairing America's damaged international reputation, the former president tells the Guardian in an interview. Mr Clinton, 61, reveals that his wife has said she would ask him to "go out and immediately restore America's standing, go out and tell people America was open for business and cooperation again" after eight years marked by unilateralist policies that have "enrage[d] the world".

Open for WHAT business? Hillary plans on making Bill the ambassador to the U.N. and Bill is going to provide cover for Hillary’s deal with the financial firms to institute international carbon trading. That’s what “action on climate change” is code words for in Britain.

I don't condemn or condone Rush Limbaugh:

But I feel compelled to the post this for your own judgment on his very take on Hillary Clinton...

Rush: The dirty little secret, though, that nobody's talking about is a Celinda Lake poll. She's half of the Battleground poll, and they are very worried. There are 31 swing congressional districts out there where she doesn't run well. She might win the state that those districts are in, but she might be a drag on a Democrat incumbent in that district, and there are 31 of them. That's a significant number. The Democrats are very worried about that. In addition, there are some candidates in the Democrat Party who are telling the DNC, "Don't send her to campaign. I don't want to run with her, coming out and campaign for her." Her negatives are sky high. For somebody who's inevitably going to be the next president, 49%, she is, as Karl Rove said, fatally flawed. Yet the conventional wisdom is, just get these Democrat primaries over, cancel 'em, put Mrs. Clinton as the nominee right now, let's save everybody some money because she's the next president anyway. It ain't the case.

Let's go back to one of the previous stories, and that is the white male vote. Okay, you have the white male vote, Democrats have lost it, a majority for quite a few years. You have the Democrats all concerned about whether people are going to vote for Hillary, women, blacks, will they vote for a woman president or a black president and so forth. They are worried about this stuff and you contrast this with this era of inevitability we seem to be in where Mrs. Clinton is already anointed as the nominee and practically anointed as the president in 2008. Now, on this business about white southern males abandoning the Democrat Party, this is why it is important, ladies and gentlemen, to continue to characterize Mrs. Clinton as a woman that reminds you of your first wife, maybe your first and second wives, Nurse Ratched (from One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest) or what have you. Point is, let's 'em focus on their race and their female issues and whether people will vote for a black or a woman, because I don't think there's any doubt on. I think it's about policy and issues. It always is. This is what the Democrats don't get because they can't be honest about their policies. They can't be honest about their issues. They would die politically if they ever told anybody what their real plans are. So they get distracted and all this other stuff. The real question is whether or not the people of this country in 2008 want to elect a socialist president who will install a socialist government.

"The United Nations is the greatest fraud in history. It's purpose is to destroy the United States."

    ~ John E. Rankin, U.S. Congressman

Ron Paul wants the USA out of the U.N. so I will be voting for Ron Paul.

  3. Sure, there are lots of reasons why the UN is considered a failure.  The Oil for Food program in Iraq.  The inability to help during the genocide in Rwanda and Darfur.  It has not helped solve the middle east peace process.  It costs too much money.  There are a lot of reasons, but most of the reasons why it is a success are rarely heard.

  4. Being a gang of international thugs, what would you expect ?

  5. I think that the UN has done many good things.  They just often go unnoticed.

  6. Bob Hope, a right wing republican did a commercial years ago when there was a huge cry to get out of the UN.

Paraphrasing what he said was this:

There is a campaign to end our involvement in the UN

While there maybe some merit to what they are saying, what we can all agree on is the UN has done one thing, given our world a way to talk with each other.

How many wars the UN has stopped is anyones guess.  By disbanding our involvement could result in more wars and human suffering.  Why would anyone be crazy enough to find out if this is true?

    ========

Our involvement in the UN is measured in a few bucks for every person in our country.  Are you crazy enough to find out if it is really cost affective or not?

    Peace

    Jim

  7. Decades ago the UN became a playground for the Soviet block, supported by the worlds most horrible dictatorships.  Today the UN is dominated by the Third World with no moral and legal values. Yes, in it's current form the UN is a failure.

  8. The UN seems to be a failure because it doesn't have the real power to impose its policies without the support and approval of member-states especially the powerful ones like the US, UK, France, Russia and China who are permanent members of the Security Council. Just think of what happens when the UN wishes to sanction states which are either supported by the Democratic Allies (US, UK and France) or the other Bloc China and the once-Communist Russia? They would veto or oppose the sanctions. If only the UN is given enough powers on limited issues (possibly on peace) then it might be a better Organization. As of now it seems to be a mere coordinating body which is dependent on the active participation of its members who will only make active involvement when their own internal policies are not affected!

  9. The s*x scandals, the corruption, stolen funds.  It is just an organized theft ring sucking money from developed countries...mostly the US.

We should kick them out of New York.

  10. yeah but not completely, at least it gives an artificial feeling of  "order".

  11. Dear Kymeth,

Don’t be mistaken, Nelson Mandela is one of the great moral and political leaders of our time: an international hero whose lifelong dedication to the fight against racial oppression in South Africa won him the Nobel Peace Prize and the presidency of his country. Since his triumphant release in 1990 from more than a quarter-century of imprisonment, Mandela has been at the center of the most compelling and inspiring political drama in the world. As president of the African National Congress and head of South Africa's antiapartheid movement, he was instrumental in moving the nation toward multiracial government and majority rule. He is revered everywhere as a vital force in the fight for human rights and racial equality.

Nelson Mandela remains one of the world's most revered statesman, who led the struggle to replace the apartheid regime of South Africa with a multi-racial democracy,.

Despite many years in jail, he emerged to become the country's first black president and to play a leading role in the drive for peace in other spheres of conflict. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993.

Since stepping down as president in 1999, Mr Mandela has become South Africa's highest-profile ambassador, campaigning against HIV/Aids and securing his country's right to host the 2010 football World Cup.

He has also been actively involved in peace negotiations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and other African countries. He has also encouraged peace efforts in other areas of the world.

  12. It's not UN that's a failure. It's our politicians without far-sighted visionary talents that pose the problems. Ever read George Crile's "Charlie Wilson's War" to get to the root causes of the Middle East Crisis today?

Should think that all American voters should try to get a copy of the book and understand how corrupt war politics can be and how Charlie Wilson had been blinded by the likes of Ed Koch and Zvi Rafiah and their Israeli Zionist friends, and his pandering to Pakistan's Zia ul-Hag, all of which have stirred up the pains and woes the US today has to confront. Sure, the Cold War may have have been stifled then, but the politicians appear to lack far-sighted visions.

Putting arms and funds into nations where there are radicals living in those nations will always result in backlash against the US in years later. Iraq will backfire on all of us here in the future as long as radicals like the Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr remains alive. He and his radicals will always have access to the arms and weapons exported to Iraq! Iraq is not worth saving as long as there are radical Islamists living in that country. Probably, the majority of decent Iraqis have already fled that country!

  13. The UN is beyond a failure its a joke .We need to kick em the h**l out of our country and start looking out for whats best for us not listen to a bunch of morons(what has the UN done for us .........ever?)
