Formal business attire as shown on your links are the outfits used by UN personnel but when assigned on field offices, the casual wear will do.

What you wear is a reflection of your duties.  Many people wear their native dress, while others wear Western business attire - it is a professional environment, so conservative attire is the most appropriate.
