United nations theme party?

OK... It's a 21st birthday theme party. Everyone has picked a country to represent. I wanted the USA, but my friend picked it b/c i'm a conservative and he is a liberal and he knew I would want it! I have chosen Iraq. I need somthing very clever to wear to counter his WWF t- shirt and fake mullet. Help me!!! I'm not that creative.
