United states postal service(USPS) question?

So I ordered a pipe online about 4 days ago and today I checked the track & confirm online on my item and apparently it read: "Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 9:55 AM on July 16, 2008 in SANTA ANA, CA ........ "

but I wasn't home at that time..and there was no package in my mailbox..and on the website where i purchased my item said "an adult signature is required when delivered"

so now im guessing the USPS people will try and deliver my item tomorrow? or do i have to go and check the post office???

I live in a condo where there is a common mailbox for all of us.  What is the requirements to have a mailbox affixed to your unit in Perrysburg, Ohio43551 as there are other condo units down the street that have individual mail boxes.  Please reply to this.  Thank you.

I MAILED AN IMPORTANT LETTER TO SOCOAL SECURITY ON 01/05/2010.  IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AS OF TODAY.  DO YOU HAVE UNDELIVERED MAIL THERE?

If I insure first class international mail, can it be tracked if recieving
party says it was not delivered.
