Universal Nightmare?

Hey saw an add on tv a while back for this documentary on a universal nightmare but never watched it. Anyone have any info on it? I remember there being something about it being about this creature with red eyes molesting people or something like that?

never heard of it but there are several Nightmares that are "Universal" meaning almost everyone has one or more of this type  at some point in time during their life!

Universal nightmares:

Being naked in class, late for a test or otherwise unprepared at the same time.

Running but not going anywhere, away from or towards something.

Falling

Strange figures performing experiments nowadays back in the old days it was dismemberment and disfigurement.

Stranger danger
