I love em both, but i'd say if you are hesitant to try a rollercoaster, and need one under your belt, the HULK is the way to go.

Dueling dragons is probably scarier, or would make people more hesitant, due to no floor, more inverts, and is faster.

Neither!!! they both are awesome. The hulk is a short ride tho. I love coasters so i can't really say which one is scarier. Dueling dragons the two coasters look like u are gonna run into each other then u go up..guess u could say that is 'scary'. I believe i liked the 'red' coaster better than the blue but everyone has their own preference :) try both! If you think the park is going to be crowded i recommend buyin a "VIP Express" pass which gives u the advantage of being ahead of everyone else

Probably Dueling Dragons.  The Hulk takes off so fast you don't have time to worry.  Dragons takes over more slowly so you have time to build suspense, plus there are some times that it appears it will hit the other coaster, and your feet dangle.
