Universals govern your thoughts about each thing. What is your opinion?

What's a Universal? Demigods or Devatas govern the movement of many things about the body. Of the weather and so forth. To some degree they can govern your mind but you actually have a lot of power which you don't know about so you have the capacity to govern your own mind even over all outside influences if you cultivate that propensity in you. Demigods are kind of superhuman and powerful, longliving but mortal beings.
