Universidad Complutense de Madrid help!?

Question

i want to attend UCM but i'm not sure how the process works for foreigners. i'm an American, and i will graduate high school in June 2009. anyone know the process of UCM?

Sorry, I don't know the procedure, but my friend went there and it is and excellent university, considered the best in Spain.
