Universities Tuition Fees in USA, UK or CANADA?

I am looking for universities for my undergraduate study in Electrical Engineering. Could some one suggest me the name of a reasonable university whose "tuition fees| for international student is around $7000 to $10000 in any of the above country.

UK tuition fees for international students is around £8,000 so about.... $16,000 a year.

In the UK it depends where youre from, but your right about the fees if you are an overseas student (non-EU).

I believe most in the UK and US are above that.  I think Intl student is like 20k-30k depending on the school.

Most Canadian universities...tuition for IntL students is about or less than 10k.  Wilfrid Laurier, the school I went to, it was 8k for Intl students.  Same with University of Toronto, York, McMaster, McGill, U of Waterloo, any of the pretigious ones.
