Universities for Rugby?!?!?!?!?!?

i love rugby! its "MY SPORT". i was just wondering if anyone knows about any universities that i can go to that offer rugby? i am Canadian and i am also female. i would like to go somewhere in Europe but anything will do! please help! thanks

Every University in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland will offer top Rugby facilites. Next is France, then Italy.

Anywhere else and it's very much a minority sport.

There are TONS of universities in the states that offer rugby. There are some that even offer it as a varsity sport, like West Chester (which is in Pennsylvania). Places like Penn State and Stanford have two of the top teams in the nation and are both excellent schools. Here's a couple websites where you can learn more about rugby in Europe. Choose the member countries option on the left side of the first website's home page, and then follow the country of interest.

I would suggest getting in direct contact with the country and organizations that you find interesting. In the States, you can visit:

www.usarugby.org

Then choose find a club on the left side of the home page. Enter women and college and a list of women's college teams will show up.

I know for sure that yale  offers Rugby( United States), My mentor use to play in here hay days.

Our uni plays rugby - York, UK, it's a really good university and quite hard to get into though. But most British universities now have women's rugby teams. Hope this helps!
