Universities in europe with good offers?

Question

i`m from the Philippines and i`m in 3rd year high school now so i plan to study abroad, somewhere in europe. i will actually take up Education major in English or anything that has to do with english literature (since i want to be a teacher in english). so i`m looking for the best schools in europe that ofcourse offer scholarships or maybe kind-of-low tuition fees.

anyone can help? thanks.

Uppsala University in Sweden (they all speak English there, don't worry)

It's a great university and a fantastic place to live and study english.

Your best bet for studying how to teach English would be to go to ENGLAND!!!!  (Or US, or Canada, or Australia, but you asked about Europe, so...England it it).  The best two Universities there are Oxford and Cambridge (I don't know whether they are good teaching Universities....but they are the best overall.)  Nor can I help you with the financial thing...in the US, you might get some good offers for financial aid...we really try to help our students get going, here.

I just had to answer you, because I loved your screen name.  LOL  Me too.  I did a study abroad in Spain, and, while it wouldn't suit your purpose to teach English, it's one of the most beautiful countries!!!  loved it!
