  1. My answer is meant to help you, not to offend.

I believe that, before considering studying abroad, you should seriously consider polishing your English skills.  Learn how and when to capitalize, to spell correctly, and to punctuate properly.  You would make a much better impression on the screening committees who select students for abroad programs.

There are innumerable programs for foreigners at local universities throughout the world. You didn't mention what you plan to focus on in your study abroad.

I believe you  you need to determine WHY you would study abroad before considering a particular school.

If you are interesting in learning a new language & culture, meet new people, etc. you would get one type of answer.

If you are interesting in studying Art, Music, Medicine, Folkways, Architecture, etc. you'd get different types of responses.

If you are just interested in leaving your home country for the sake of studying far from home, I'd give you a response you might not like to hear. Unfortunately, this was the case with a large number of classmates of mine when I studied in Roma, Italy. It was clear from the outset that my motives were different from theirs. The result was that they just marked time, bored and disappointed at not being able to find a decent hamburger of film in English in one of the world's greatest cities, and I tried to enjoy it without their company. I sincerely believe I benefitted the most.
