University in USA that would find a job after graduation?

Hi,

I come from greece and I am studying in UK University.

I am about to graduate in 2 months time.

Do you know of any USA University or College in USA that if i go for my masters degree would find me a job after my graduation?

People say that there some but I can not find them, if you know please tell me the names.

Any help appreciated.

If you are just looking for a one-year practical training after graduating, then many schools would try to help you.  If you are looking for a permanent job, your visa won't allow you to do that if you were here on a student visa.
