University of Alabama and Saban?

do you think Saban will have a better season? Will he be the next Bear Bryant? do you think he will leave in a few years? in general what do you think of Saban

O-v-e-r-r-a-t-e-d.. figured I'd have to spell that out.. I don't see why folks make a big deal out of Saban personally.. he's had 4 winning seasons as a Head coach in the NCAA.. he sucked for 2 years in the NFL and he's already having talk about the means of that recruiting class (Clemsons D-Coordinator said it alot about Escalade's).. against his teams primary rival's head coach he's a lousy 2-4.. and he boasts losses to La-Monroe and UAB for crying out loud.. do I think he'll leave? ehh hard to say he's burned alot of bridges over the years so if he's not severely successful I think his career dies at Alabama.. will he be the next Bahr? no, what folks either don't realize or don't discuss is that Bryant coached in a time with lax rules.. he dressed 150+ players and was signing football players to tennis schollys.. in todays game Bear Bryant wouldn't be very successful..

successful? this season? eehhh not optimistic for it I see losses to Clemson, LSU, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee and possibly Miss St.. be a solid year if he goes 8-4 but 7-5 is more likely (which had he not had that tank job vs La-Monroe would have been his record last season)

You mean $ellout $aban? It's very possible he will no longer be with the Tide after November 8th. It's very possible that he'll just completely vanish off the face of the earth after returning to LSU.
