How is it? im looking for a future in real estate and i know things change so i am open to new things im just wondering what kind of school it is and what the weather and culture is like down there.

Im considering a transfer from Gonzaga University nest year, thats why im asking.

  2. Well you can have a career in Real Estate without moving to Alabama. lol. Each state has different RE laws so moving just adds more to learn. Actually you can start in real esate with a two year degree. and why not Univ of WA because you are already a resident here therefore lower tuition fees to pay. Look into some good real estate schools in Seattle or whereever. Actually Seattle is still moving forward in the sales of homes and commercial and there are lots of jobs to help you while you get your RE training. When I started you just signed your name and went out and sold a house. Now it helps to have at least a two year degree to start, specialized training required by state law is very important or your degree wont get you anywhere. Check out some of the links below.
